Whilst the Spring sun is shining here in London, I thought what better a time to share with you five fabulous nail shades from Nubars Spring Summer 2013 Collection- My Sweet Escape*.
On The Radar, Resort Yellow, Sour Apple, Jaded and Into The Wild are five of eight shades that have been introduced into the vibrant range and although for me, they certainly aren't necessarily all year round shades, I've been loving brights recently and I'm sure they will be on my nails throughout this Summer.
Although the shades are pretty incredible and super eye catching, unfortunately I had a little bit of a tough time when it came to application. Nubar polishes are Forumaldehyde, Phyhalate and Toluene free and whilst they are good factors, I find the formula quite tricky and frustrating to work with. They're all pretty thin and super runny and find that I have to work really quick with them before I end up with too much product on the nail, after it quickly runs down the brush. They do dry reasonably fast, which is handy because I find that they do need a couple of good coats, the lighter of the range even needing possibly three before providing a good opaque coverage on the nail.
The bright colours of this collection definitely make these winners for me and although application isn't perfect, I can't help but love these polishes a little.

I really dislike thin nail polishes, and that sounds so frustrating that they're runny too!

I didnt think I'd like these colours but I really do. Formula seems to be lacking in a lot of SS13 Collection polishes this year, not good!
