Working shifts means that I can be working at anytime of the day, but when it comes to early shifts, I completely rely on my morning regime running as smoothly as possible, so try my upmost best to keep things as simple as possible as the last thing I want to do at 3am, is to be stressfully running around my house with a list of things to do, waking everybody else up in the meantime.
