Bobbi Brown Date Night Lip & Eye Palette

First and foremost, I'm extremely sorry for the late arrival of this most, December was an ever so slightly more chaotic month than I had anticipated, but in the hope that you can manage to get your hands on one of these Bobbi Brown Date Night Lip & Eye Palettes* should you want to, then I thought I'd give you a little low down on the Bobbi Brown festive addition.

Bobbi Brown created some of the most amazing palettes in 2013 and this miniature Date Night Palette is such a lovely set. Made up of two lip colours in the shades Sandwash Pink and Berry Punch, a miniature high shine lip gloss in the shade Diamond Pink and three eyeshadows in the shades Ivory, Storm Cloud and Caviar, this six product palette is the perfect size palette to keep in your clutch bag for touch ups throughout your date night and offers perfect pigmentation and quality.

I've never been too keen on lip colours that aren't in the form of a lipstick, but applied with a small lip brush, you really can't go wrong with the Bobbi Brown ones. I found myself wearing Berry Punch a fair few times over the festive period and found it to be the perfect tone to brighten up my look ever so slightly, without being too out there. The consistency is perfectly creamy and all of the shades I have tried have been extremely pigmented.

In terms of the eyeshadows, with Bobbi Brown you can always be sure for maximum quality. Ivory offers a sheer matte finish whilst Storm Cloud offers a pretty shimmer and Caviar, a heavily pigmented matte Black shade- perfect for a smoked up look.

Although this was introduced as one of Bobbi Browns festive products, I'm sure if you was desperate to get hold of this pretty palette you could do so at one of the Bobbi Brown counters in Selfridges, Debenhams or John Lewis, costing £24.
