Bobbi Browns Gel Liner in Black Ink

Since trying Bobbi Browns Gel Liner in Dark Chocolate Ink*, wearing eyeliner has become something that I have been going for a little more often that usual and so it wasn't going to be long until I had the cult shade Black Ink* in my collection.

I normally opt for wearing a Dark Brown liner as opposed to Black as I find it's a little more subtle on the eye, but for days when I have wanted to create something a little more intense and winged, Black Ink has been incredible to use and offers a really deep Black pigmentation.

I tend to apply it with as fine an eyeliner brush as I can find. Normally picking out the Bobbi Brown Ultra Fine Liner Brush or a Real Techniques Fine Liner Brush, I find the product works beautifully well once warmed up in the pot a little and glides onto the lid and into the waterline like a dream.

Incredibly long wearing, this liner dries in pretty good timing and doesn't tend to budge until removed with a decent eye make up remover which is great, although there's been a couple occasions where things have got a tiny bit teary/oily and I've smudged my wing ever so slightly towards the end of the day.

Bobbi Browns Gel Eyeliners are cult make up products that are found in most kits and now available in 14 different shades, there's almost certainly one that will be sure to take your fancy.

Available at Bobbi Brown stores as well as at counters in Selfridges, John Lewis and Debenhams, Bobbi Brown Gel Liners cost £17.50 for 3g of product.
