Bobbi Brown Smokey Nude Collection

Bobbi Browns seasonal collections are one of my personal favourites (I'm already excited beyond belief for the Christmas collection- I've heard amazing things!) and Autumns Smokey Nude Collection is well and truly dreamy.

Limited edition and consisting of a an eight shade Smokey Nudes Eye Palette (£48.00)*, a new Shimmer Brick in the shade Sandstone* (£32.50), four new Creamy Matte Lip Colours in the shades Pink Nude, Warm Nude, Soft Nude and Nude* (£19.50), four shades of Bobbi's Smokey Eye Kajal Liners- Noir, Storm, Black Amethyst and Black Coffee* (£18.00) and the very lovely Smokey Eye Mascara in the shade Black* (£22.50), the collection is simply stunning and falls into my ideal colour palette just perfectly. 

It's no secret that I adore Bobbi Brown palettes, they're just always so right in terms of the shades, quality and packaging, and the Smokey Nude Eye Palette is certainly no exception to this.

Watercolour Pink Sparkle Eye Shadow, Cream Eye Shadow, Nude Beach Metallic Eye Shadow, Naked Eye Shadow, Smokey Brown Metallic Eye Shadow, Woodrose Eye Shadow, Smoked Eye Shadow and Silver Brown Sparkle Eye Shadow make up the palette, creating the ideal balance of finishes ranging from creamy mattes to rich metallics.

At first, I was quite surprised to see that there wasn't a gel liner in amongst the collection, but for the subtle, sexy look that Bobbi wants to create with this collection, the Smokey Eye Kajal Liner creates all the drama that's necessary for the perfect Smokey Nude Eye.

The lipsticks are right up my street, as again, it's no secret that I adore Nudes and the Creamy Matte Lip Colours make for a really comfortable lipstick, perfect for everyday. Moisturising, super pigmented and perfectly formulated, these are divine and whilst picking a favourite Nude tone is always a challenge, Pink Nude is probably my favourite.
