Pretty Polish.. Cath Kidston inspired nails

My Cath Kidson/Bedroom/Shabby Chic inspired nails..

So it's 1am on a Tuesday morning and what am I doing? Of course, painting my nails..
I really am quite in love with them. From a distance, they look pretty detailed but to be honest they are just little splodges of colour.
Yes, there a little messy and around the nails need a huge amount of tidying up- but that can definitely wait until the morning as after waiting for all that drying- I need my bed.

Tiny enamel pot- £1.50 from a little gift shop in Brighton
Flower- £2 from a little gift shop in Brighton
Pink Cup used as a vase- £1.60 from Ikea
Blue Floral Fabric- Tea Towels from Wilkinson, left over from my canvasses
Small Floral Print Fabric- I got this in a little fabric shop in Brighton, its beautiful though very similar to my pyjamas. It was £7.25 per metre.
My mum made these for me- isn't she a star?
I love the bows she added on them.

I love these little bits. I think it's the final touches that really make any room.

Project : decorating my bedroom...

Hello my dolls,
Yesterday my mum and I were a little bored, so we decided to change my room a little bit- and by change my room I mean why not rip the wallpaper down and start over?
I had the previous look (Black and White Damask) for just under two years and I think it's important to change things up a little.
I have wanted my room to be a little lighter for a while now too, I have found myself feeling a little grumpy in my room and put it down to the colour scheme I had, so I've gone for something a lot more clean and fresh looking.
I'm going for Shabby Chic, I love all shabby chic bits and pieces and would love to incorporate them in my bedrooms new look.
I would love if you could share any websites or blogs I could go to get such things and also for a little bit of inspiration..

I hope your all well. I'm covered in paint!
xx
