It's been a while, about six weeks, since I uploaded any kind of pregnancy update and that is purely down to the fact that fortunately, I've not been experiencing any symptoms and therefore haven't really had anything to report back.
Now coming into week 18 of my pregnancy, I'm really starting to enjoy being pregnant and making the most for my lack of exhaustion, have been shopping a fair bit for the beginnings of our little baby bump, the majority of which I have included in my most recent vlog.
The only symptoms, if any, that I have been experiencing are the odd headache here and there and strangely enough, sensitive gums. I have had the odd moment of anxiety and worry, which is normal, but I just try to keep busy and in comparison to how I felt a couple of months ago, everything is absolutely dreamy. I can only hope that things stay like this for the next five months or so.
Just this morning, I had my scheduled 16 week midwife appointment and heard the babies little heart beating thudding away at 150 beats per minute, which is always the most amazing relief, mixed with sheer excitement and I'm now counting down the days to our 20 week scan.
I'm heading to The Baby Show in a couple of weeks time and to ensure that we enjoy our shopping experience to the fullest potential, we may well have booked another private scan, this time to find out the gender of our little bean! This is the most exciting thing so far, and although I must admit I do have a little feeling that I know what we are going to have, either way, I just want to know.
I'm going to try my very best to keep these updates as regular as possible, but for the time being, thank you so much for all of your lovely comments on my most recent and previous video, your kind words and support are overwhelming.
Subscribe to my YouTube channel and follow me on Instagram and Twitter for regular baby updates and very possibly a gender reveal!
Lovely bump! Good luck for the rest of your pregnancy!

I love all the things you bought for your little bump.I started to feel alot better in myself around 21 weeks. Id say my "big" essentials were a baby swing and a travel system pushchair xx

I went to the babyshow back when i was pregnant with my youngest, We got some baby monitors free with the ticket we booked, some little outfits, milk powder pots that sit inside the bottle for better storage by tomee tippee & a baby carrier :) I think we may have got some bottles and our sterilizer too but I'm not 1OO% sure, some great bargains to be had there! It's also amazing to help make a decision on a buggy/pram you want I chose one but when i got to push it around there i hated how wobbly the handle was, Hope you have a great day :) x
