Back in January I posted about my love for Bioderma cleansing water and mentioned that I had heard through the grapevine of a UK Launch and I'm pleased to confirm that thankfully, that wasn't a rumour and it has indeed landed and now launched in the UK.
I must admit, to begin with I was only really interested in the Sensibo H20 Micellar Solution being available here, but now I'm more pleased that they have launched the whole Bioderma range including the Bioderma Pore Refiner, which sounds right up my street and I can't wait to try it.
Pictured above are the 100ml bottles of the Sensibo and Sebium H20 Micellar Solutions*, that are aimed towards sensitive (Sensibo) and combination/oily skins (Sebium) and are fab sizes to either give the products a go if you haven't yet or for on the go, travel sized options.
When I first heard of Bioderma coming to the UK, I was a little concerned and did comment on the fact that I didn't think the price points were going to be too appealing, as more often than not, products that aren't widely available that eventually do get launched into the UK carrying a huge hype, come with a rather hefty price tag and priced at £9.99 for the 250ml bottles, I must admit I am left a little disappointed, as normally I pay around the €18 mark for two 500ml bottles from France, but for ease of availability and my love for the product, I have found a way to justify it a little and will no doubt end up downsizing to the 250ml bottles.
The Bioderma range is available now to buy online at Escentual.com and in leading pharmacies including Boots and John Bell & Croyden.
Are you a fan of Bioderma or will you be giving it a go now it's available here in the UK?
I have both sensitive and oily skin, so these seem great! How do they compare with the Taaj Micellar Water for removing make-up? Xx
ReplyDeleteI love Bioderma and will be stocking up once it's in stock again! I agree it's a shame about the price...but I guess it's cheaper than a trip to France! ;) xx
ReplyDeleteSeeing as it's now available in the UK I may give it a try :)

Finally! A blogger who actually tells you where you can get it in the UK :) Thanks Laura! x
ReplyDeleteI love Bioderma so much, but I pay £14 for a 500ml bottle incl. delivery from a UK Seller on eBay. I can't see myself paying £4 less for half the volume. But hopefully they will sort the price out after a while :) xx

Hoping that as more and more places catch on and start selling the stuff here in the UK the price will get a little more reasonable. I too buy mine from eBay for the same price and double the amount. There are other micellar solutions on the high street that are cheaper and just as effective too I think! xx
ReplyDeleteI love the Bioderma H20 solution for taking off my make-up when I can't be bothered with my Eve Lom cleanser! It's a shame they're more expensive but I'm pleased I can buy it more easily.

So great that Bioderma launches in the UK! Normally, we (Belgium) are the country that's always kind of behind with shops and products. It's so stupid :( Bioderma is awesome! I didn't believe the hype at first and thought that I was going to apply just water to my face, but it's not and it works wonderful! Didn't have a single breakout when I started using it :)
ReplyDeleteGreat post!

I'm glad I'll no longer have to pay the massive shipping fees. But these bottles are teeny-weeny, not sure I want to pay that much for so little!

I love Bioderma makes such a difference to my skin, I am so glad it will be available in the UK, it is reasonably priced on ebay but I do worry about how reliable.

I would want to try it just because of the hype but superdrug's own brand cleansing water is great and only costs £4.99
ReplyDeletei really want to give this a try to see what the hype is! :) x
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to see what the hype is about, but I hate that it's more expensive than in France!

I'm a newly converted Bioderma gal, so was pleasantly surprised that Bioderma was just under £9 for a 500ml in Hong Kong! Should be lovely having relatively easy access to it soon though, despite the price point! xx
