A Little Haul

This weekend I popped into Town to get a few last minute things for work- boring tights, underwear etc and picked up a few small extra little bits and pieces..

Umberto Giannini Glam Hair Backcomb in a bottle and Grunge Glamour Tousled Salt Spray. 2 for £7.50 in Boots Primark Goodies.. Bracelets- £1 each Ring- £2 Floral Lounge Pants- £6.. The most comfortable things ever! Basic Seamless Vest- £3
I had a couple of No7 £5 off vouchers and wasn't really too sure what to spend them on. I usually stock up on my face wipes and as much as I love them, since getting Liz Earles Cleanse & Polish I have decided I don't think I'm ever going to go back..for now anyway.

Initially I wanted to get some of the No7 Poppy King lipsticks, but if I'm honest, none of them screamed wow to me. I love the look of the packaging but the colours aren't very me.

I ended up with a foundation brush and a Moisture Drench lipstick in Iced Pink which is a lovely light pink- slightly more shimmer than I usually go for but its very pretty.

Foundation Brush- £12.50 before the voucher

Lipstick- £10 before the voucher

The Lauren Conrad Style Book that I have taken the photos on, I actually picked up a few weeks ago in Sussex Stationers for a bargain price of £3.99! Amaze.

These little Ballet Pumps are absolutely one of my favourite things, there so comfortable and easy to wear.

Last year I purchased two pairs of the peachy pink coloured ones and I was so excited when I saw this colour, they also have a lighter cream pair which I'm going to pick up.

Topshop- £16.

I hope your all enjoying this beautiful Spring weather.

Sorry this post is all so spaced out- its really playing up!

What I wore and what I purchased..

Shoes from Primark
Topshop Blazer from last year
Topshop Skinny Jeans. I want to say there Baxter ones but I'm not sure.
Truly Madly Deeply tee from Urban Oufitters
Holiday Bracelets
Casio Mini Gold Watch
Primark Ring
17 Night Shade on my nails, with 17 Matte finish on top, you can't see the matte finish but it really looks fab- a BOY even commented on it and said it was nice!

I popped into my local MAC Counter to get some foundation and picked up Snob aswell, I've heard so many good things about it and can't believe I haven't purchased it before. The foundation was my usual- Studio Fix Fluid NC35
Beware- RANT!
I've said it once but I'm going to have to say it again, I'm SO fed up with the attitude of the girls at my local counter- apart from one of them whos really kind. Its clear for some unknown reason they don't like me, I swear I'm not being paranoid. It's either that, or there just plain horrible. But I would hate to say that because I'm sure there normally lovely. They are just SO rude to me. It's not like I waste there time or anything- to be honest they don't ever help anyway but aghhh! Okay rant over.

Primark Fur Headbands

Just a quick little post to share with you the two fur headbands that I recently purchased in Primark.
I have been asked a couple of times to show photos wearing the cream one and if I'm honest- I haven't worn it yet.
I have previously shown the brown one in an outfit post and have worn that a few times since, I think its alot more wearable however I think worn correctly the cream one is just as sweet and rather festive too :)

Latest purchases

I'm really happy with my two latest primark purchases..so I thought I'd share them with you!

This wonderous sleeveless little jacket I saw whilst rummaging through this weeks magazines a few times and when I saw it in the shop I was throughly excited :) It had a lovely small price tag of just £13..but it scanned at £5! I love it when that happens.

I love this jumpsuit, I know a few people that have it already but I thought I'd still purchase. It was only £13 and is so comfortable. I took the black belt off of it and replaced it with my Topshop leather belt. I use this belt on practically everything, I love it.

I know some people have a fear of brown on black but I'm always a fan :)
I'd really appreciate your opinions on these leather boots. I picked them up in Debenhams, they was quite a bargain. They was £50 with 30% off, so I got them for £35 which I'm pretty impressed with.
I have fallen in love with two "distressed" colour pairs, one in All Saints at £160 & one in Aldo in Canada for $130. I'm heading back to Canada in a few weeks so hopefully I'll have made a decision by then..

TOPSHOP SALE

Beauts its that time again- the Topshop sale!
To others, this may not seem such an exciting time- but these times of the year make me extremely excitteddd.
I love Topshop anyway, so a sale is just an even bigger excuse to
1. Go there
2. Buy pretty things
3. Justify buying lots, because its nearly half price ya no..
I went to order quite alot on Friday morning online, but by the time I got to the checkout- they had all sold out. I'm against this idea, I really think once its in your shopping bag it should be reserved. This happens all the time to me and its no fun being disapointed.
But..Friday evening & today, I trotted off to Topshop to have a little look and picked up a few nice little bits..

This dress is by far my favourite purchase. I wanted this dress a while back, but kinda forgot about it..and then I saw it in the sale rail, found a size 10 but it was a little bit big..hunted and hunted and found a size 8. Happpppppppppy much! The backs slightly slouched, its a very sweet dress. It was £35..Now £20!

These two dresses are very lovely also. Both being blue- which this year I seem to have alot of..I wasn't sure which one to get..So I just got both.

They were both £32..Now £15

These two tops are wonderful. I love when you find things that you genuinely wanted before the sale started. Thats when it is an actual bargain.

The heart body was £15 and is now £8, the heart crop top was £18 and now £10. I actually got a very similar crop top before, but returned it because..well my tummy wasn't very fabulous looking in it, but I got this in a size bigger, just for a bit of an oversized look and I heartttt it.

That's all I actually picked up in Topshop. There was actually so much in it, but they didn't have that much in my size. Its definately worth a look if you haven't already little ladies!

These little flip flops I picked up today in Primark.

Yesturday at work, lots of ladies on my flight had these and when I found they was ony £4 from Primark- I knew I had to pick up a pair. Me and my mum both got a pair of these little bargains. I've seen them in Silver, Gold, Yellow, Orange and Pink.

There actually Patent- which I'm not a hugeeeeee fan of. But I think these are actually an exception! I was hoping they would have brown ones- but they didn't.. I have a bit of a thing for brown/tan shoes. If anyone does see brown ones..please let me know they exist!

Happy Topshopping!

A few new things

Hello Sunshines,

I hope your all having a beautiful weekend. I thought I'd share a few things that I have purchased..

Unfortunately I haven't got a holiday planned for this year, although I am desperately hoping to get away to Thailand towards the end of the year. But I still love to buy bikinis..
I love bandeau bikinis, I haven't really got much shape to be honest, so I think they are most flattering for me..
I got this one from TU @ Sainsburys. They had a 25% promotion and so I got it for about £10 I think.. I love it. I already have the exact same in about 5 different colours. But I love it that much.
I also picked up a triangle one, mostly because it was Pink with polka dots..I got that one for about £7.50.

I also heart a little summery bag.. So I picked up the one above from Primark for £6- which I think is so good! I wanted one from Topshop, which was a bit smaller and cost £26! Who doesnt love it when you find something thats even better than the original one you wanted and lots cheaper!

The Jacket above is from River Island. My opinions always change on River Island, but I must admit I'm really quite enjoying there pieces at the moment. They don't seem so covered in 'RI' and horrid diamontes and glitter anymore- just simple, floral, summer items.
I wanted this jacket for a while but I kept putting it off. Then I went in again and it was the only one on the last chance to buy rail- so I had to really. I'm so glad.
Its a really light tailored jacket, it has the nicest little floral print, cropped sleeves and shoulder pads. It only cost £35 which I think is really good. I have been wearing it with a little denim dress and it makes such a sweet little outfit.
I did however have a bit of a disaster the first time wearing it. I wore it when I was watching the first England World Cup match..Drinks were being thrown every where, Instant fake bake came THROUGH the jacket reminding me why I hate instant fake tan and I was just horrified so I ran out in a huge state leaving everyone in the bar, jumped in a cab so I could get it in the wash.. Everybody thought I was over reacting and being a little bit silly, but it was my new jacket that I loved and I'm sure you'd all do the same...right??

I mentioned this tee in my last post. It was £9.99 with £5 off in River Island. So I got it for 4.99. I think they might actually have got this wrong, because in another store I went into, the tag said £14.99. Only an extra £5. But hey- bargain!

These little elasticated-cuffed-denim-trousers are delightful to wear, so comfortable. The boyfriend hates them, as do a few other people, but I like them. They are full length, just had rode up a little when I kept getting up and down to the camera for the pictures!  They was £11 in Primark. Fabulouusss.

A little bit of lush..
- You've been Mangoed
-Each peach (and twos a pear)
-Heavenlli
and I got a free Too Drunk :)

New Purchases

Oh hi Spring/Summer! :)
I loveeeee this weather. It's making me so happy

Cardi- Topshop
Dress- Primark
Sunglasses- Primark
Lipstick- MAC Viva Glam Gaga

I was shopping in Reading on Monday and went into a shop I never shop in. TK Maxx. I've said this before, but I only go in there for my St Moriz. The one where I live is just pretty disasterous, but the one in Reading is a lot smaller and tidier. I rummaged through the "young fashion" section and found some amazzzzzzing things. The prettiest floral skirts for like £9.99 and this amazing little playsuit pictured below. Omg, I love it! It was only £14.99! I tried one on in Topshop that was about £40 and was no where near as nice as this one. Off the hanger, it doesn't really look as nice, but it fits perfectly and is just so cute. I can't wait to wear it, I think I might wear it to one of my work leaving parties! Excited.
The shoes above I think I'm pretty much in love with. I got them in Next- How good has there shoe department got??!
I really love them. I've been looking for a clogg type heel for a while, and these suited my brief just perfectly. They are also quite possibly the most comfortable shoes ever.
The strap is also velcro which is great because you can adjust how tight they are to the back of your foot for the perfect fit. That photo was taken with the flash on- in real life they are a little darker, I'd describe them as a distressed grey.
They cost me £45.
Below are some more little gladiator type sandals, I love them! They are Primarks finest. I saw them when I was out shopping with Nikki but they didn't have a size 6, so I took a photo to show my mum what they looked like and she got me them as an Easter Gift. I love them. There so comfortable. I think they cost about £12? Unbelievableee. I can't believe I hated Primark a few months ago.

Please excuse the gross feet.

Todays Purchases

I've been tweeting all day and telling everyone about how happy I am with my new purchases and have been asked by a few people to share them with you..
I woke up this morning and immediately knew I was in the mood to shop. The sun was out and it felt like a good day- So I jumped out of bed, showered, chucked on a sweet little outfit, met my mum and went shopping.
I hate when I go shopping intending to buy loads, but deep down am not really in the mood and end up with nothing and thats what has been happening recently- Not today!
Little Ballet Pumps with bows
Pink/Cream- £16
Navy- £28
Both Topshop
I already have a pair of the Pink ones, there so comfortable! I live in them, however they are getting a little tatty..
So I thought it would be a good idea to get another pair ready for the summer, now I can wear my current ones without worrying too much.
Little mini boobtube dresses.
£5- Primark
I love these! I'm really not always a fan of Primark, it always seems such a mission to find good stuff. But today was different, it was quite empty so I went on a hunt.
I had a dress exactly the same as this from Primark last year, in blue gingham. It was so school dress like and cute.
They both have the cutest little gold rose buttons on them and aaah I'm just so in love with them.
The first three items I actually purchased last weekend, but I thought I'd still share them with you.

Topshop Navy Skirt- £35.
This is the skirt I spoke about in my "What I'm wearing post". It has the sweetest little heart pockets and buttons.

Topshop Exposure for Topshop Tee- £20
"Mini Skirts Forever"
I love to wear this with a pair of leggings and my Warehouse Leather jacket.
Its just a really baggy, comfortable tee which I love.

Topshop Nautical Dress- £20- Sale!
This dress has a really low back and it fits soo well. Its really quite flattering.
I found this whilst rummaging through the "final reductions" in Topshop. Theres never much left really, but I was extremely happy when I found this.
The buttons are also very sweet, the bottom half is very similar to the other skirt I got- minus the hearts, and is a bit more fitted.

Denim Dress- £5
Floral Dress- £7.50
These are two more of todays Primark finds, I'm really into girly little dresses. I love floral and stripes, so these types of dresses are perfect for me.
There really light and easy to wear, teamed up with a pair of sandals- there perfect for the summer!
I find they can also look really nice with a pair of leggings.

Sunglasses (Top left) - £1
Sunglasses (Bottom left) - £2
Gold Flower Bracelet- £2.50
Coral and Gold Bracelets- £2
Cream Waist Belt- £1
Navy Bag- £4
All Primark
Topshop Grey tights with Pink hearts- £5 from £16 in the sale- Bargain!
